Looking for a buyer /planner for a 5 start company going through great growth.
You will conduct activities involving planning materials needs and procurement of raw materials and vendor processed assemblies to support manufacturing of finished goods.
Continually improve planning & procurement processes, and provide metrics to track progress.
Essential Functions Maintain raw material kanban system by reviewing signals to ensure that the request is valid, appropriately sized and timed to meet inventory goals, and accurate against product specifications and revisions.
Maintain kanban calculation by updating lead times (from historical data) and usages (either from MRP, historical data, or forecasts).
Create purchase orders, communicate those orders to suppliers, and follow up on any deliveries that are past due.
Maintain accurate tracking systems, ensuring that part number, lot number, and inventory information is current and correct in the ERP system.
Provide engineering staff with status reports of material usage as needed.
Maintain appropriate and professional relationships within the workplace; including staff, production, marketing and the engineering departments.
Required Education Bachelor's Degree APICS certification desired Required Experience Two to five years of experience in Production Planning, Inventory Management, and/or Production Scheduling Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literate; word processing, spreadsheets GMP and ISO 9000 training Recognize problems and take corrective measuresJOB REQUIREMENTS Education:
Bachelor's Degree in business or related discipline.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
