Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a wide variety of manufacturing equipment and utility systems in food supplement production facility. Have a high level of safety awareness and perform all work in a safe and compliant manner. Competently operate hand, power, and diagnostic tools. Utilize programs and maintain records and complete paperwork in accordance with all SOP and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate good communication skills. Develop maintenance procedures and improve equipment and system maintenance. Determine parts required for repairs and submit requisitions. Duties require a strong aptitude in mechanical, electrical, machine control and PLC skills. Equipment to be services includes but is not limited to dry powder filling machines, powder blenders, conveyor systems, scales, portable totes, dehumidifiers, and facility related devices.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in safety programs to meet program requirements and contribute to the growth our site's safety culture. Perform troubleshooting and repairs to manufacturing equipment/systems while maintaining the validated and/or commissioned state Perform preventive maintenance tasks within scheduled completion dates Understands site SOPs and cGMPs relative to the position and work within compliance of those standards Complete paperwork/data entry in accordance with regulatory compliance This position will have direct interaction with all production department, quality assurance, supply chain, and office area personnel. There will also be occasional interaction with contract personnel such as facility and equipment repair personnel and pest control and security contractors. Need one candidate for 2nd shift and one for 3rd shift.
Must be able to Climb Ladders and Lift 50+ pounds Needs to have industrial maintenance packaging equipment experience. This is not a job for an automotive or heavy equipment mechanic or construction worker Technical skills require a high aptitude in mechanical, electrical, machine control and PLC skills. Refrigeration and fabrication skills also would be considered beneficial

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
