We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems within our facility.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors or other maintenance personnel - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics - Weld, fabricate, or construct components as needed - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics - Ability to weld and fabricate components as needed - Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
