Sales Development Representative
Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team for a 9-12 month program.
This individual must be willing to relocate to Carlisle, PA, and be open to traveling a majority of the program length.
Upon completion of the program you will have the opportunity to be placed in a sales role within one of our locations across the country.
This program is designed to prepare entry level college graduates for a career in Sales within CCM.
In this role, you will rotate throughout various departments within the organization learning processes, products, and the Carlisle Experience.
During the program you will develop selling skills, overall business acumen, gain product and industry knowledge, and engage with professionals within the business including senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
Learn CCM's products through an 8-week classroom and application training.
Work in customer service and pricing to understand customer service and delivery policies and procedures Travel with CCM sales representatives Learn marketing techniques by completing marketing projects Attend trade shows, customer events, and/or industry specific seminars Develop and maintain a working knowledge of CCM's product offerings and brands Requirements:
Leadership experience through community involvement, student organization, internships or previous work experience.
Ability to relocate as required and assigned at the completion of the program Strong working knowledge of MS Office Strong presentation skills Authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available for this program Education:
Graduate with Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Industrial Distribution, Business, or related.
