This position will work and be paid for 75 hours in a 2 week pay period Current county employees will follow the county promotion/demotion policy Responsibilities Completes assigned juvenile workload.
Creates and processes incoming case packets.
Distribute, docket in computerized case management system, scan, and file all correspondence and documents filed with the department.
Answers telephone and takes messages or transfers calls to proper individuals.
Greets and assists general public by taking or providing information, receiving payments or directing them to proper locations.
Prepares and processes required department documents, forms and reports as required.
Operates, scanner, copier and other office equipment as needed.
Expunges cases when ordered by the Court.
Attends meetings and/or training sessions as required.
Performs other job-related duties as required.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent plus some additional secretarial and computer training.
3-5 years working experience in an office setting and with the public preferred.
Proficient in data entry/typing.
Legal experience a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
