Job Description:
OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF JOB:
TO provide supportive services to Agency staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB:
Supervision of visitation between parents and children and of children during court hearings.
Coordination and transportation of clients to necessary appointments.
Delivery of subpoenas.
Manage the Agency Substance Abuse Testing Program which includes:
Maintain Agency emergency clothing bank.
Completes emergency clothing allowance requests.
Coordination of all community donations.
Maintains cleanliness of visitation rooms.
Assures Agency car seats meet current safety standards.
Acquisition of birth certificates and social security cards.
OTHER DUTIES OF JOB:
May attend Foundations training series.
Attend training regarding substance abuse testing as needed.
Performs other job-related work as required.
MET's:
Graduation from high school, or its equivalency, and two years of experience in public contact work in a human services agency; or An associate's degree in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
