The Concierge / Resident Services Coordinator is responsible to ensure that the Claremont residents receive the highest level of support and receive the best that Claremont has to offer.
We want every resident's stay to be an incredible one, and the Concierge / Resident Services Coordinator will assist to satisfy the resident's care needs.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Participate in Service Excellence Delivery team meetings Meet with residents and their family to ensure their needs are addressed Maintain records of resident encounters Participate in case management activities as needed Provide support to Social Services as needed
Experience:
2 to 5 years working with the geriatric care population Must have an outgoing personality with good problem solving skills Job Type:
