Program Specialist Residential Services - Full Time - Carlisle

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties is hiring a Program Specialist to oversee multiple group homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
This position will work directly out of our main office located in Carlisle.
Duties:
The Program Specialist will provide supervision and direction over the residential program(s) to which he/she is assigned, ensuring compliance with state regulations, Federal Waiver, HUD and Pennhurst requirements as appropriate.
Applicants should have knowledge and experience, based on the requirements listed below, in overseeing group homes for adults with I/DD.
Background Requirements (based on state regulations, non negotiable):
(1) A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
(2) A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
(3) An associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
Full-time benefits include:

Salary starting at $23.
82 per hour.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
