As the RN Supervisor, your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth and safe running of the nursing home facility wing allocated by the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications of RN Supervisor:
RN in PA Previous Supervisory experience in a long-term care setting Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred Compassionate working with the geriatric population Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent time management skills.
