FSIP manufacturers and remanufactures electronics for numerous electric vehicle and equipment markets.
Our Customer Service position is first shift, Monday - Friday, 8:
45am - 5:
15pm and is located at our facility in Carlisle, PA.
This position starts at $18.
00/hour.
Our Customer Service team members handle many types of interactions with FSIP customers including phone calls, emails, and live chats.
We are assisting customers with part number inquiries, providing quotes, and creating orders.
Another focus is promoting our products to increase sales in an assigned territory.

Basic Duties:
Assisting customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat Making sales recommendations to customers on products being quoted/sold Efficiently enter accurate quotes/orders Documentation of all customer interactions in ERP (Epicor10) Communicate and work effectively with all team members and independently Ability to handle a fast paced, changing environment Work closely with our Quality/Technical Support department Skills/
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and our internal team Problem solving skills a MUST Active listening skills a MUST Dedicated to providing superior customer service Ability to talk on the phone and type accurately - Computer proficient Exceptional & professional phone, written and verbal communication skills Ability to switch between tasks easily Dependable Job Type:
