30p Week 1 W,Th,F; Week 2 M, S,S Residential Support Staff (RSS) work directly with individuals with mental health diagnoses to assist in the development of appropriate social, interpersonal, money management, housekeeping, hygiene, dietary, and other skills of daily living so that they can live as independently as possible in the community.
RSSs participate in the development and implementation of each individual's treatment plan while assisting in the management of the symptoms of their mental illness.
They also assist in the daily operation of and care for the residence to maintain a healthy and safe environment Job Type:
