Complete light repairs and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnose and correct malfunctions of equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance of building equipment and property.
Perform necessary repairs to equipment to maintain safe working order.
Complete general maintenance as required.
Sweeps, picks up debris, empties trash barrels and dumps them into trash hoppers or large compactors to maintain a clean dock.
Coordinate all duties required to maintain a clean and safe working environment within OSHA guidelines.
Complete all work orders and related company documents as instructed.
