Responsibilities:
Provides individualized care to residents according to each resident#s care plan.
Lifts, moves, transfers and transports residents.
Assists in maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment.
# Education/Training:
Active PA Nurse Aide Certification required.

Experience:
None required.
# ADA:
Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
; visual and auditory skills.
Compensation and
