Systems Engineer

SUMMARY The Systems Engineer will have a dual role of division and site support for IT needs.Systems Engineer will manage and provide direct support for local site and division-wide systems and IT projects, to include Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Office 365 products, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and virtual host administration (VMware or HyperV).The Systems Engineer would also perform application and server administration, to include troubleshooting, patch management and security updates; software installations, system management for Windows Active Directory, local area network support for end user's connectivity and printing needs. This position will report into the Division Information Technology team and will work from onsite at the Franklin, WI facility.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Windows server installation, setup, configuration and administration. Achieve critical business applications and server uptime. Achieve system uptime for critical servers or services. Manage Microsoft volume licensing and Office 365 subscription services. Continuous and accurate Microsoft server setup and maintenance. Achieve security and patch management to meet compliance. Assist with Microsoft licensing compliance and annual true-up activities. Perform quarterly Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs) for Sarbane-Oxley audit reporting and NIST compliance. Achieve compliance with Carlisle Companies IT policies and procedures. Assist network administrator and engineer with information security practices. Manage backup operations for all division systems, utilizing either physical media or online storage capabilities. This will include servers and end-user computers. Manage Moves, Adds, Changes and Terminations (MACT) for end users throughout the organization. Maintain helpdesk resolution within Service Level Agreement (SLA). Mentor, coach and provide talent development plans to site IT staff to fulfill their role responsibilities. Provide training and direction as needed to site IT staff. Physical Demands:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (Information Technology, Information Systems) preferred. Applicable experience can be substituted for college education. Four (4) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in professional information technology position(s) is required. Experience in Microsoft Server, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL server, Citrix, Windows Remote Desktop, Active Directory administration, Microsoft SharePoint and VMware administration are required; advance skills are preferred. Experienced/highly proficient with GPO management, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), server/workstation patching and vulnerability remediation. Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Experience in managing a team of IT professionals and working with non-technical business users at all levels of management.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) required, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional, certifications preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. JOB SKILLS Skills including planning, purchasing and sourcing is desired. Advanced customer support and interface skills. A team player that can relate to people at all levels of the organization and possesses good communication skills. An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and a positive professional image. Ability to be flexible and able to function comfortably in a fast paced, constantly changing and ambiguous environment. Ability to define problems, collect data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, as well as manufacturing process and procedures, and the ability to share this knowledge with others is desired. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
